Good job done, chimney removal and additional tile work - all done quickly and cleanly. James gave very helpful advice on options, planned and delivered the job to the timing promised, actually a bit quicker. He was also very considerate of the impact on neighbours, which helped the job to go smoothly. Would certainly recommend him, and would ask him to do further work when needed.
