Needed 2 velux windows fitted to a low pitched roof and Mark took on the job. Could not have hoped for a better crew. Despite some issues requiring more work than first thought he rearranged the dates quickly and organized the extra slates etc to be delivered. Marks team took just over a couple of days to fit the windows and reslate the roof. Great guys to get on with and very professional in there work. Can't recommend them enough

I had my Loft window unit replaced by Mark. Their communications from start too finish were excellent and in keeping me in the loop and advice. Their work was very good also and cleaned up after themselves too. I would definitely recommend this company and if I require any additional work, I wont hesitate too call them again. Thank you.

Flat Roof - Installation / Repair

Mark was very helpful, friendly and professional. He replaced the flashing on my flat roof kitchen extension and sealed the felt joints on the roof at a reasonable price. Mark informed me any problems just to contact him and he would return to sort it, hopefully no further problems will arise. I would have no hesitation in having RML do any future work i needed.

  Mark put flashing where the leak was and also sealant over the joints in my flat roof kitchen extension. He said the roof needed replacing but it will be OK for a couple of years. He said any problems just get in touch and he will sort it. The leak was still there, I contacted him 6 times and 6 times he promised to come and sort it. This was during the weeks before Christmas but he never came back. I am a 71 year old pensioner and have been left with the same leak even though I paid to have it sorted.
