Very quick response to my initial post although identifying the probable source of the leak took some time. After I accepted their quotation for remediation there was quite a wait for the bathroom team to become available. When work started the team were knowledgeable, explaining the various issues that they encountered and offering sensible solutions. The work was finished in 2 days and everything was left clean and tidy. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Rhys was excellent; he first came to look at the works I needed in detail. Which after provided a detailed quote. He took the time to explain things when I did not understand. He gave the available options of what could be done and also provided his recommendation. He worked extremely clean and was really dedicated to his work. The work was carried out expertly with all aspects of health and safety being observed. They treated my home with respect wearing foot coverings to keep the floor clean. They cleaned up any dust and particles created whilst drilling etc was carried out. I am extremely happy with the standard of installation and consider CID to be an excellent contractor.
