James and his team were brilliant from start to finish. James provided helpful advice within hours of me posting the job advert, he later showed up when promised and talked me through what work was required in an open and transparent way. Our new floor is amazing, I'm a critical person and find it very difficult to find fault with it. Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. I would highly recommend this firm even for the most complicated work required. THANKS GUYS.

They caused a gas leak, they went door to door to all my neighbors trying to quote for garden work. They took my neighbours tools and used their water without permission - that’s trespassing. They left mess in my garden. They did not do the work as agreed. Very disappointed
