Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Chris has done several jobs for me, including underfloor heating and tiling the floor in my new conservatory and re-modelling my tiny en-suite bathroom, which now feels much bigger. His work is of a high standard and he makes sure everything is clean and tidy at the end of each day. Chris honest and reliable, gives sound advice and his prices are fair. Had numerous leaks in the first 6 months of installation and although Matthew did come back to ‘fix’ them, now another leak and have completely lost faith in this service provider Some of the ‘finishing’ touches have vastly degraded in less than a year and having to have somebody else come to remedy the issues Definitely would no longer recommend
