Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I inherited a badly installed bathroom when I moved into my house - the soil pipe blocked regularly, bath didn’t drain properly, and one of the basin taps was rusted shut. Conor worked out how to reconfigure the bathroom and pipes so it worked properly. It was a large task, needed half the bathroom ripping out and a lot of new pipe work outside. He systematically got every problem solved, was polite and friendly throughout and his original quote was exactly what he said. Would recommend!

Disappointed to say the least, Anna got in touch after we posted our job advert, she ask for further lead on a job that was urgent fix to a leak for us, sent all additional requested info on job lead to her and she never got back or even bother to send someone out as agreed, extreamly poor customer service for a start and i definately wont recommend

Nicolae was punctual, knowledgable and tidy! He tried to identify a leak (turns out the problem may be the washing machine rather than a problem with pipes). He helped rectify the washing machine. He tidied up after himself. Cannot fault him. I have already asked him to return to do other works in my home.
