The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I can't recommend Tom highly enough. He's a lovely friendly chap and supremely good at what he does. He put up 4 pairs of new curtains and the poles as well as taking down the old ones. We specialise in bath to walk-in shower conversions with coverage of many areas of the UK.
Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

These guys have just finished our En-Suite upgrade , they have retiled , fitted a new shower cubicle , toilet and Basin and vanity unit. Turned up when they said they would and grafted none stop, great work ethic, they cleaned up at the end of each day and took away all packaging ect, the end result is to a very high standard, so much so that we are getting them back in to do the same to our House bathroom. I would say not the cheapest, but very much value for money, you definitely get what you pay for
