Carl did an amazing job. We initially only wanted a shower enclosure installation in our downstairs toilet but Carl also did a bathtub and sink replacement in our upstairs bathroom. the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

Mo came and surveyed what was needed. Then quoted. Had a team he said would be fast and thorough.paid 40% deposit He did not discuss and liaise with other trades working on house. This Caused problems. Ended up flooding both up and downstairs with full radiators left on sides draining onto laminate. floors. Floors ruined and had to be removed and I face 8/10k to replace. Broke fibre optics cable. Refused to accept responsibility for any of the errors and mistakes. Dreadful experience and nothing but stress.
