Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me.
