The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. 3 stars for Ahmad + crew for quality work and professionalism. They went above and beyond, moving flooring from the kerb to our apartment and shifting furniture. Crucially, they installed it without removing skirting, which others said was impossible. The floor looks excellent, but some snags have emerged. Ahmad has promised to return, and I am waiting for that final visit. When Ahmad comes back and finishes these bits, I will elevate this to the 5 stars he deserves for his excellent work and attitude.

I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

The job started as refurbishing a kitchen extension. Nik and his guys worked quickly and paid attention to detail. Nik came up with the best possible layout given the space. I liked the way he worked so he ended up refurbishing the whole house. He made use of the materials and fixed things that needed fixing as he went along all within the quoted price. Chris and his team delivered excellent service. They were honest, clear, and communicated regularly. The rubbish was removed on the evening of the last day of work, and my bathroom looks fantastic.

Please avoid. There were problems from start to finish, including quoting for work that was later not carried out and repeatedly claiming not to understand what had been agreed. The standard of work was very poor and has been done so badly that it cannot be fixed and will need to be removed and redone at my own expense. From what I can see, the issues are significant, and I’m also concerned that the associated plumbing work may have been affected, although I can’t yet say to what extent.
