Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. Dan gave a quote and completed the job very well. Toilet flush improved after Dan improved the installation with an improved isolation and flush valve. He is clearly experienced and reliable. He also improved a second toilet on a further visit and diagnosed the problem with the third toilet in my parents house. This week he is replacing that final toilet with a new one. He did two excellent jobs, gave up front quotes, stuck to the price and was punctual and polite.
