It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it. Holland gas performed a gas safety inspection and boiler service. I wasn't present but it seems that everything went well. They contacted the tenant a number of times in advance and were easy to deal with. I was looking for a an alternative to my current plumbing company that had made some mistakes and also were not always available when I needed them, Holland Gas were slightly more expensive but I believe their quality level and availability may be better.

MBC have been unprofessional due to their unreliability, failing to complete the work and taking 4 months to do a job which was estimated to take 10 days. Whilst removing a bathroom the ceiling collapsed, they ruptured a water pipe damaging new kitchen although it was repaired.They have failed to replace the new sink which they cracked, left spotlights unfinished in bedroom, loft access and fireplace hearth unfinished. Martin has apparently been a project manager but his time management is appalling.
