Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. Disappointed to say the least, Anna got in touch after we posted our job advert, she ask for further lead on a job that was urgent fix to a leak for us, sent all additional requested info on job lead to her and she never got back or even bother to send someone out as agreed, extreamly poor customer service for a start and i definately wont recommend
