Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. They will quote +/- £20 to the other tradesmen. Should be banned on this site.

We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. When evaluating the builders it was important to us that we found somebody who was professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. Durim offered a competitive quote and promptly started work. ?He completed our job to a high level of quality within a week’s time, and we are very pleased with the outcome. Please avoid. There were problems from start to finish, including quoting for work that was later not carried out and repeatedly claiming not to understand what had been agreed. The standard of work was very poor and has been done so badly that it cannot be fixed and will need to be removed and redone at my own expense. From what I can see, the issues are significant, and I’m also concerned that the associated plumbing work may have been affected, although I can’t yet say to what extent.
we do a wide range of works. in the past ive been fitting kitchens and Bathrooms for B.Q Howdens and wren's directly so theres not much i dont know about kitchens bathroom fitting I also can supply and fit Granit or Quartz worktops. We take great pride in are work and refurbishe to a high quality finish and we do tiling, all types of wood laminate and vinyl coverings, in the summer we take on landscaping decking slabs fencing to much to mention look forward to meeting you and working for you.
Pasa and Chris carried out a refurb of our kitchen this week. New quartz worktops, new sink, hobs, tiling etc. All carried out without fuss in less than three days. Work done to very high standard in a clean and tidy manner. Kept us fully informed throughout of work being done and any issues arising for our agreement. Can't praise Pasa and his workmates highly enough and fully recomend their work. Very well done. Would not hesitate to use Pasa again.
