Prompt and very reassuring as I was in a panic. Temp repair within a couple of hours which fully held the torrential rain out. Scaffold arrived next day and the roof fully repaired by the end of the day. They even cleaned my gutter while they were up there! Kept me fully informed throughout, with photos of what they had done, and has rung since to make sure everything is OK in the terrible weather. Would definitely recommend.

He has transformed our garage to a lovely bedroom and created a new shower room between the house and garage for my mother in law - 5 weeks and just a bit of touching up to complete the work. Initially we were happy as Tommy came out promptly to sort out a leak round a flat roof drain. He offered to seal it for £400 there and then which although it seemed a lot of money we agreed. However it continued to leak so he then came back and redid the job but this time he completely sealed the drain over and now the roof is like a swimming pool as the water cannot drain away so we have had to get another contractor to undo all the work that he did and start again. Over £400 wasted
