insisted on sealing around conservatory roof with silcone sealant instead of fitting flashing even after repeatedly asking for flashing to be fitted, when roof inevitably leaked would not return to rectify and not returning phone calls/texts

A great team & they've done a fantastic job, absolute top notch. They put the hours in everyday & got the job done on time & to budget.
