He and a colleague took out our shower cubicle and fitted a new shower tray, replumbed the toilet and cleared a blocked pipe in the loft. It took less than 8 hours! Peter Hall of Phoenix Landscapes turned up with heavy duty equipment and gave us a good high level plan and estimate of the work to refurbish and extend our drive - approx 70 sqm. Whilst his quote was a little higher than we expected it was in line with the other quality quotes we received and he seemed knowledgeable and pleasant.
