The job started off really well. Dean and Ash were conscientious, tidy, friendly and looked to be doing a great job. Sadly towards the end of the job it all seemed a little rushed. They were supposed to be coming back to sand down the skirting boards properly and repaint them they never did, and now several months on the wallpaper is starting to come off in the living room and bedroom. I paid for new roof in 2017 with 25 years warranty. In November 2024 the roof felt apart. I made claim through my insurance company who appointed BVS surveyor to inspect the roof. Insurance claim was declined due to poor workmanship ( insufficient battens, not secureed dry verge, tiles and not enough felt). I asked Roofsmart honour their warranty but they refused saying that I paid cheap and now they charge 10k for new roof but who wants defective roof in the first place Now I need to take legal action.
