George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Colin of CB Roofing carried out a really excellent repair on my roof as water was coming through the bedroom ceiling. He took before and after photographs so that I could see the extent of the damp patch under the felt before the repair. He is very hard working and knowledgeable and he turned up on time and quoted me a very competitive price for the repair. It’s unfortunate that I need to give them a poor rating , first instance absolutely great service , however since install the window hasn’t been weighted properly having been told it is . Having to tape it shut says otherwise. Second problem the weight is stuck in the box so now the window doesn’t function. Third issue the window leaks ! It’s hasn’t been sealed properly. Contacted numerous times but had no luck with trying to rectify these issues. No reply after many attempts. Disappointed
