George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Tom, arrived on the time and on the date agreed and provided a first class service rebuilding our dry stone wall as i had major concerns the wall was about to collapse on to our vehicle. The quotation was fair price for all the hard work that tom put in to making sure the project was completed to a very high standard. If I could change to Zero I would. Once they did the job, took the money they have blanked all requests to check a snagging issue. One window sill leaking, have called, texted and just getting fobbed off on last call they said they would call back in 5 minutes - that was 3 days ago….. #Avoid

Joe responded quickly to my request on here. He was thorough while finding out exactly what the work required; replace 4 doorframes, supply and fit doors. Quote was a good price, work completed was excellent despite our crooked door. We now have four new frames and beautifully hung doors. We highly recommend Joe and have a couple of other jobs to approach him with ourselves.

It’s unfortunate that I need to give them a poor rating , first instance absolutely great service , however since install the window hasn’t been weighted properly having been told it is . Having to tape it shut says otherwise. Second problem the weight is stuck in the box so now the window doesn’t function. Third issue the window leaks ! It’s hasn’t been sealed properly. Contacted numerous times but had no luck with trying to rectify these issues. No reply after many attempts. Disappointed

It would be ideal if i could leave pictures as to the stat of my home and the damage this contractor caused. i had to get ride of this contractor and find an alternative. This has cost me double what it should have as i had paid this contractor the majority of his invoice then had to employ another to correct the work. please check the users tax filing on company house (which have not been completed) and the fact they have been expelled from the federation of master builders. not recommended
