Plugged Electrical were hired to carry out a rewire of my property. The quality of work carried out was substandard and in some cases dangerous. As we were getting electric shocks from light switches they had installed, we get an independant inspector to check his work and he was horrified. Problems included wiring blocks not secured, Fuse board incorrectly labelled, switches not earthed, cables exposed and a fake EIC report that was never submitted to the council. They also never paid their plasterer!
I'm a mobile Locksmith based in Ashford, Middlesex. I work in the following postcodes TW and KT but that doesn't mean that if you're in London or surrounding area you are too far. I also do some handyman jobs in between or if I'm in a certain area or the customer requests it. Zakir did mess up the job badly. On first day, he turned up with a guy with strong smell of weed, when I queried about it, he asked innocently ' Is it a problem?'. Thankfully, he later removed that guy from property. I hired him for all the good reviews but my job was done to a very poor standard. He rushed through job though I was asking him to do it properly. All LVT tiles were coming up next day. I tried calling him multiple times to come back and fix it but without any luck.

3 stars for Ahmad + crew for quality work and professionalism. They went above and beyond, moving flooring from the kerb to our apartment and shifting furniture. Crucially, they installed it without removing skirting, which others said was impossible. The floor looks excellent, but some snags have emerged. Ahmad has promised to return, and I am waiting for that final visit. When Ahmad comes back and finishes these bits, I will elevate this to the 5 stars he deserves for his excellent work and attitude.

Our build prerequisites were to divide a room & close an open archway, build two extra walls, move steps and a handrail, put in two entrances with doors for the new build and paint & carpet this area. Matthew (MDCC Construction) was qualified and very helpful – giving us good advice. He is an honest, tidy and thorough builder, willing to accommodate the building manager's questions and happy to make amendments. We were thrilled with the speed and finish of this build, and we will definitely use them again.
