Marius was outstanding in every respect. We recently bought a house that had engineered oak wood flooring that has been stained in a dark tone. Marius sanded back the floor to the original oak finish across the whole of the downstairs. It completely transformed the floor, was meticulously sanded and beautifully finished. I received a prompt response for my job posted. I had a leak in my bathroom and it was identified that the water was leaking through the silicon seal. The job didn't take that long to redo the silicon and only a part of silicon was removed and redone. In three weaks it again started leaking from the same area as it was not done properly. I wouldn't have worried paying £90 for that job if it had not occurred again. However, I had to hire someone to redo the silicon layer again. Which is a bit disappointing.

Drainage job completed to my satisfaction and the garden was left in a reasonable state on completion. Not turning up at agreed times and the lack of communication was problematic, but we got there in the end.
