I am grateful for your help with a bathroom refit that wasn't straightforward, as it was for my father with dementia. i Installing a shower seat and supportive stud wall with anti slip flooring and upgrading electrics for a dementia friendly electric shower. This company was hired by me about year and a half a go to install laminate flooring in two bedrooms and landing area. Prior to that I have used exactly same flooring but different installers for another bedroom with no issues. The flooring boards now became disjoint in many places which may be due to there being too large gaps left beneath the beading. They are refusing to fix and blame poor laminate quality!
