George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

MBC have been unprofessional due to their unreliability, failing to complete the work and taking 4 months to do a job which was estimated to take 10 days. Whilst removing a bathroom the ceiling collapsed, they ruptured a water pipe damaging new kitchen although it was repaired.They have failed to replace the new sink which they cracked, left spotlights unfinished in bedroom, loft access and fireplace hearth unfinished. Martin has apparently been a project manager but his time management is appalling.

I found Darren to be friendly and professional. His quotes were reasonable. The jobs changed slightly once the work started and Darren took the time to explain the options. The finish is excellent on the render and the quality is constant through what was a fairly large rendering job on my detached house. Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.

I was happy and paid as this plumber said he was coming back to fit some caps later in the week. Since, I have noticed the tap has been plumbed incorrectly hot to cold and vice versa, he did not return with the caps. I think he was just lying that what he wanted to fit was better because he forgot to put them on when fitting the shower and my sink isn’t attached to the wall securely. I have given him a couple of months now to put it right but he ignores my calls and texts.
