Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. I can't recommend Tom highly enough. He's a lovely friendly chap and supremely good at what he does. He put up 4 pairs of new curtains and the poles as well as taking down the old ones.
