I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Horizon Builders recently carried out work structural work at my house, installing a new steel beam to create a large open plan space. They also removed an old damaged concrete floor and replaced it with a new timber floor, at the same time replacing some rotten timbers from an existing extension. I used the Rated People website for the first time when the recent bad winds damaged our fences. Although I posted the request on a Sunday night - I was amazed when Ash responded an hour later, following up promptly with a call the next morning. Ash completed the work that same week. He stayed in full contact with us throughout, with updates and details whilst the work was under way. The response and communication was amazing, workmanship was top quality, and the costs very fair. The job was very good
I spoke to dozens of builders and had given up trying to find someone decent to do a full extension at a reasonable price, so I put an ad on here instead just for the key structural jobs. Pete came round and his knowledge, advice and very reasonable price for those elements resulted in me giving him all the work for the extension build and I'm very glad I did because he did an amazing job (thanks Pete!)
