I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Steve ward provided us with an outstanding finished product including a 15sq meter rear extension with fitted kitchen cloakroom & utility. he also drew up the plans , his quote was very reasonable and it came in on budget. Steves team of Ryan Graham Paddy & Dave were a pleasure to deal with and the workmanship was of the highest standard. They were considerate at all times and were very clean workers. My wife said they helped here get through lockdown. absolutely no hesitation in reccommending them.

8 months after install the gutter had warped and was spilling water. Luke was initially happy to install a couple extra brackets - 3 times he set dates to do the work then didn't turn up and didn't let me know he wasn't coming. I had to pay someone else to fix this job.

In relation to what Daniel can do, this was a small job, but we were very grateful that he was happy to take it on and help us out. He was really receptive to text messages, was very accommodating when we had to change the original work date, and was keen to get back to us as soon as the counters were re-fitted, so we had a working kitchen again. Really lovely chap, and we'd happily have him back for any other work we may need. Highly recommend him.
