They even brought spare tiles with them in case mine could not be rescued. Executed repair work very quickly and efficiently. Roof is now watertight again. I didn't expect that when they cleaned the inside of the windows they would open the windows and steam clean around the edges and in the bottom channel. The same with the doors.
