So I did. Still uneven, the cement mix didn't set. collapsing sideways. Stones found in the rest of my garden.He asked me to pay even more money. The tree felling was done to a very high standard. Care was taken to bring down the tree in stages so that no damage was caused to the surroundings. Matt also very kindly gave some advice to me on pruning a couple of other trees, which was much appreciated. There were issues with communications, when our appointment on a previous day was cancelled without informing us. However, they took on board that we were not happy about the no-show and re-arranged for a few days later.

Despite numerous attempts to call Nathan the owner from Pro Plastics over the past week, I have received no response. The individual who commenced the work has taken payment but failed to complete the job and has since ceased all communication. As a result, my porchway, hallway, and landing have been left in an unacceptable and untidy condition, with the work only partially completed. This situation is causing significant distress and inconvenience.

Friendly and honest lads. Martin came looked at the roofing job told me what was needed and how much. A few days later they came and did the job found a few more faults but put these right as well at no extra cost. Great work, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Will be using them again.

Very disappointing experience. Quote was increased after accepting the job, claiming distance despite postcode being clearly listed. Only half the work was completed, full payment taken, and they promised to return the next day but never did. After repeated attempts to contact them, they disappeared. Another tradesman confirmed poor workmanship, incorrectly installed posts, and damaged panels. Job now costs far more to fix. Unreliable and unprofessional – avoid.
