An outstanding service from start to finish. Darren invested time in me as a customer to find out what kind of style and design I was looking for. His experience and obvious expertise enabled me to choose the most effective layout and stylish fittings. The fitters themselves were equally fantastic. They had the utmost respect for my property and kept the area clean and tidy at all times. They take absolute pride in their work and ensure work is completed to a high standard. I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

The quote was better than expected. The builders were very clean and tidy each day. The work was completed despite the weather conditions not being perfect. The finished walls were to a high standard when compared to other nearby residential properties that have been recently pointed. I would recommend this company to anyone asking for a similar job request. My neighbours have asked for contact details of the builder after seeing the work completed.
