We chose Buildway to do this important work at our house replacing a 42 year old timber balcony. Bill came over and gave us a very thorough assessment of the options and then produced a fair quote for the work. The dates were agreed and stuck to. He asked for cash and I said I preferred bank transfer. He started showing me messages on his phone from people who had paid cash in advance. I said I am not them and I would transfer the money this afternoon.
