John and the team did an outstanding job. It was easy to work with John and he was very knowledgeable, and provided very sensible advice. Our build prerequisites were to divide a room & close an open archway, build two extra walls, move steps and a handrail, put in two entrances with doors for the new build and paint & carpet this area. Matthew (MDCC Construction) was qualified and very helpful – giving us good advice. He is an honest, tidy and thorough builder, willing to accommodate the building manager's questions and happy to make amendments. We were thrilled with the speed and finish of this build, and we will definitely use them again.

The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. We hired ES Electrical to fit our new Kitchen and also added a toilet and shower unit downstairs. Beware of these people – they do not honour their work! It cost me £1000 for a grey water pump plus over £500 installation cost (connect three wires and two pipes) to install a replacement pump for the one that has been working fine for a number of years until they touched it. The new pump extract water at 20 L a minute the old pump was 11 L perm. Because the water level buildup in the shower when the overhead and handheld spray are on at the same time I am told I can’t do that. I have to turn one off!!
