However, I needed the job to be done asap and Patrick has broken his ankle so I went with another gardening service. We hired ES Electrical to fit our new Kitchen and also added a toilet and shower unit downstairs. A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

We're running the business like five years in London and we do all the building job.
Please avoid. There were problems from start to finish, including quoting for work that was later not carried out and repeatedly claiming not to understand what had been agreed. The standard of work was very poor and has been done so badly that it cannot be fixed and will need to be removed and redone at my own expense. From what I can see, the issues are significant, and I’m also concerned that the associated plumbing work may have been affected, although I can’t yet say to what extent.
I have good prices and my prime trade is plastering
I went with this person because I thought their price was really good but I got what I paid for. The plastering is all completely uneven, with gouges out of it it lots of places. Around the plug sockets was left as big holes so I had to go round and fill them all myself (about 10 sockets). The room was left in a complete state with plaster all over the floor and window. I was also told I would be sent an invoice, then on the day was asked over to pay by bank transfer before I had even seen the work.
I have more than 5 years' experience as a professional handyman, however, if you count all he jobs I've done around the house and for friends over the years, then this increases to 25 years plus of DIY experience . I qualified as a 17th edition domestic installer in August 2017. I will also do minor plumbing, carpentry, electrical and other odd jobs.
