Felix did a fantastic job at upgrading my Consumer board or the fuse box and provided me with the EICR report at the end. I was apprehensive at first as I spoke to so many electricians and got so much info mixed up. Felix is very experienced and explained with clarity, which put my mind at ease. No call out charge on top of labour charges for work completed. A fee will be charged for diagnosing leaks and blockages that aren't initially visible and you decide not to go ahead with the work. A fee will also be charged for quotes, refunded off the total price once you go ahead with the work. If you go forward with a different tradesman it becomes non-refundable
