I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. Dan gave a quote and completed the job very well. Toilet flush improved after Dan improved the installation with an improved isolation and flush valve. He is clearly experienced and reliable. He also improved a second toilet on a further visit and diagnosed the problem with the third toilet in my parents house. This week he is replacing that final toilet with a new one. I thought the job had been completed satisfactorily so I paid for the work in full. It then became apparent that problems existed. Scot did not dispute the issues and agreed to return to resolve them. There then followed 9 separate dates when we agreed for the work to be done. Scot failed to turn up for any of the dates. A variety of excuses were given for some, others he just didn't arrive. Despite giving 7 working days to return the money paid this has also been ignored. Be warned!
