Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. Installation in spring great - friendly, helpful and worked great. However, when greater use of the boiler (ie. Heating) was needed increased leaks appeared and flooded two floors below. Trying to get 'tony' back to fix the bodge that caused it was impossible. Tony sends streams of lengthy excuses trying to deflect blame onto anyone but himself. These included being busy with other jobs, a way crash, not having declared points on his licence, to falling asleep! He gave compensation.

Beware of this guy. He is dodgy. He contacted me to fix my boiler and never mentioned any cost. After visit he demanded £70 from me. However, I eventually gave him £20 and he promised to send me a quote for the job which never happened. After more than a week later I called him to ask about the quote and he claimed he has been trying to send it but it was not going so he believed I blocked him. When confronted him with the fact that I sent him a reminder about the quote he got angry and hanged the phone
