They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.
