Although seemingly very professional initially, arrived on time to quote, supplied a reasonable price, agreed time and date to commence work. Unfortunately week 1 failed to show, lame excuse ‘ van issues’ possible of course, week 2, failed to show again, no excuse, no response to phone calls, didn’t have the courtesy to return calls or convey reason for failing to attend, rude, so I can’t comment on the standard of his work but if it’s as poor as his customer service then avoid this electrian

I can't believe he said these things as he is aware that he is lying completely. First lie: I told him after two weeks about broken cooker handle as it can be proved that I left my feedback about my broken cooker handle after 3 days he did the work. This proves that he can't be trusted in anyone's home as he can say anything. We had to pay plumber and we had to use our insurance to replace the broken handle. Workmen friendly and the work they carried out was to a reasonable standard. BUT they let themselves down when it came to getting them back to finish the job as bad weather prevented them from completing. I had to do all the chasing and they made excuses why they couldn’t return and now they aren’t responding to either text or email. Should have realised when they wanted payment for the work carried out on day 1 - in hindsight I don’t think they ever intended on returning.

We agreed a new time and date at his request but he didn't turn up till 24 hours after the new time, and called me "rude" when I told him I wasn't interested if he can't keep his own appointments.
