Richmond arrived at my house as soon as job was posted. It was an element replacement in a range cooker oven but it turned out I had to replace the entire cooker given the state we found it. Very strong recommendation for Adam. My shower temperature has not been great for a while. A previous plumber scared me by implying it was a major job - replacing, retiling, expensive, destructive - so I put it off.
