Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. Whilst a very personable gentleman, Glen didn't fill my requirements though his quote was within my requested range. Obviously knew what he was talking about and explained things in a very easy-to-understand manner. Unfortunately he didn't get the contract though.

Even a star is not applicable for these people. The came to mend my house due to a leak in bathroom and went back breaking a pipe and not repairing anything. Taking away 2k in the process. Just avoid please
