Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

Really pleased with the sound proofing work Nigel has done. I was experiencing daily noise from the tumble dryers and vibrations & noise from the washing machines in the Communal Laundry serving 40 flats . The laundry is situated below my flat . Following the work Nigel has done for me, I can no longer hear the tumble dryers. The noise & vibrations from the washing machines has decreased by at least 80%, which is great and more than I expected due to the nature of how some other residents use the laundry.
I have been established for 30 year offering excellent workmanship i am efficient courteous, and reliable. We all ways leave are jobs clean and tidy. Over the years I have trained 4 apprentices up to become really good plasterers and have one now on his last year .
