In a nutshell, Marius and his team are great. They're kind, respectful and Marius is always available to answer every question you have - he def is the most knowledgeable builder I've spoken to. You get a very transparent estimate and sign a contract, for both parties' peace of mind. If extras come up, Marius openly discuss them with you before taking any action - my job required quite a few and Marius was also great to stay competitive price-wise whilst keeping the quality of the work sky-high.
Both Matt and Mark were polite, personable, hard working, highly proficient and prepared to go that extra mile to guarantee a 'perfect' job. Very satisfactory job accomplished within the estimated timeframe in what were, at times, challenging weather conditions. We’re so happy we went with Awarded Builder for our new bathroom. Heron was professional, friendly and really easy to deal with. His work was to an excellent standard and he does a lot of trades! Plastering, tiling, painting and plumbing - all done really well. The overall effect was great, his attention to detail really shows. Heron even helped me out with fitting a mirror cabinet in another bathroom. Really appreciated his help there! Would highly recommend Awarded Builder!

He was always present to supervise his team of 2-4 workers, and personally completed the most complex roofing, piping and guttering jobs himself to a high standard.
