He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. He is friendly, punctual, trustworthy, knowledgeable about tiles/tiling and worked round our living situation - a family of 4 with 3 dogs, so it wasn’t easy! He makes sure that dust and mess are kept to a minimum. He is a very tidy worker. We have ended up with a bathroom that gives us great delight every time we enter it. Art created a new shower space that other people said couldn’t be done. We are employing Art for more work.
