The job started off really well. Dean and Ash were conscientious, tidy, friendly and looked to be doing a great job. Sadly towards the end of the job it all seemed a little rushed. They were supposed to be coming back to sand down the skirting boards properly and repaint them they never did, and now several months on the wallpaper is starting to come off in the living room and bedroom. I'm really disappointed and have now ran out of money to have these thing corrected.

We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. Zakir did mess up the job badly. On first day, he turned up with a guy with strong smell of weed, when I queried about it, he asked innocently ' Is it a problem?'. Thankfully, he later removed that guy from property. I hired him for all the good reviews but my job was done to a very poor standard. He rushed through job though I was asking him to do it properly. All LVT tiles were coming up next day. I tried calling him multiple times to come back and fix it but without any luck.
