I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. John worked extremely hard to fulfil our brief & also had great vision when considering possibilities. He understood our needs and ensured all snagging was carried out before completion. Very pleased with the results. Fuse box and sockets installed in the garage. Cable from house to garage all looks nice and tidy. Also connected control panel for the sauna heater and heater itself. Jason is very knowledgeable about the work he is doing. Definitely will call him in the future.
When embarking on a large project (in this case a substantial house extension) you want to be reassured that as well as good communication throughout the job, the quality of work will be of the highest and that best efforts are made to bring the job in on time and as near as possible on budget. My wife and I were very impressed on all these fronts and would heartily recommend the AJR team. They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now.
