Carl did an amazing job. We initially only wanted a shower enclosure installation in our downstairs toilet but Carl also did a bathtub and sink replacement in our upstairs bathroom. Carl comes at the time he states and works till late. He leaves the house clean and tidy when he leaves. Very hardworking and skilled. Very impressed with his work and craftsmanship. The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. I recently had a room painted and decorated with Rr company. I was contacted immediately following my request for a quote and Sami from Rr started the job within a few days...the day that suited best. Sami was very professional and always polite and friendly. He worked hard and explained what he was doing and completed the job a little earlier than was thought initially. His paint work is excellent and he tidied everything up afterwards. I would definetely be happy for Sami to do any other work again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Initially came out to quote for an over-running toilet and fixed the issue. When a non-related leak appeared into the downstairs flat, he returned quickly the next day and resolved with a short term fix whilst waiting for parts. Came back a few days later to replace both parts. Communication was great throughout. Reliable, tidy and trustworthy, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and would definitely use again.
