I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. James did a good day's work. He was joined by work mate Craig. They erected a pagoda. James started to sand my path and patios. He said he would come back on Monday to finish. He didn't. I called him again and on four different occasions he volunteered a day to come but didn't. I foolishly paid James in full. They left garden debris which took us several hours to clear up. I called James to politely say we would finish the sanding ourselves if we knew where he was up to. He has severed all contact.

They half finished job by put down the carpet and only secured 1 section and then got paid left when I checked they accused me of removing the pins in carpet section that was loose and said they'd come back and check and never returned... if you carefully inspect work
