Petre and his team were exceptional. He was able to complete the entire job including plumbing, complex fitting of worktops and three sided breakfast bar, splashbacks and hardwire electric installation in just three days and to a brilliant standard. The company is super responsive to emails and nothing is too much trouble. They are great at problem solving and the finish is first rate. I'm afraid that Alex DECORs had to return to site as he had over-drilled into the brickwork and the metal gate hinges started to fail after 2 weeks! . I even had to spend another £16 on strong adhesive to complete the repair. Incompetent. And he refused to issue me with an invoice. Please avoid.

Please avoid. There were problems from start to finish, including quoting for work that was later not carried out and repeatedly claiming not to understand what had been agreed. The standard of work was very poor and has been done so badly that it cannot be fixed and will need to be removed and redone at my own expense. From what I can see, the issues are significant, and I’m also concerned that the associated plumbing work may have been affected, although I can’t yet say to what extent.
