We had a few jobs that needed doing which had built up - painting, wallpapering, clearing/sealing the block paving, fitting a shower screen etc. Bill was great - he came and priced up and was able to get on with the works quickly. After his arrival, we openly discussed two possible types of fixings for the shelves, their exact position on the wall, and the price.
