George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. The Joiners were very skilled and the Team in general were conscientious and determined to getting the job completed despite the weather and other issues that were thrown up. Although not the cheapest quote, the work was done promptly, the staff were courteous and very hardworking, they tidied up as they went along, and snagging issues were dealt with. Communication was very good, either by text, email or in person. A further serious issue was discovered during the time they were here, and I will be using Weatherproof services again to deal with that.

I hired Revilo Contracts to remove my old decking and build a new decking. I chose the right company, they were great. My old decking was crumbling away underneath, and boy was it bad when all was exposed. Andy and Stevie worked hard and took great care clearing the area. The new decking is fantastic, solid as a rock. We will be be coating it with wood oil in the next few days as Andy recommended. We got a detailed quote which was under our budget and well worth it.
